2017 Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show

February 15, 2017

February 17th 2017 will see the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show return to ExCel London and will feature 22 manufacturers.

Triumph will be using the opportunity to launch their much anticipated Street Triple 765 to the UK – a machine so new that it was only launched this week to the world’s press. Not only will visitors be presented with this much awaited bike, Triumph will have a special presentation, a Q&A session and stunt show.

Other significant new machines include Honda’s CBR100RR Fireblade, Suzuki’s GSX-R1000 and Yamaha’s YZF-R6, all of which are new for 2017, but the star of the show is likely to be Ducati’s spectacular 215bhp, carbon-framed 1299 Superleggera.

At the centre of the ExCel show will once again be the live action “Slide Show”. This year will see old favourites John McGuinness, Neil Hodgson and Chris Walker competing along with Troy Corser and fellow Australians Mark Lemon and Kevin Doolan from the world of speedway and multiple World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty.

The show is also celebrating the life and times of the late, great Barry Sheene. On display will be the works Suzukis that he rode in his world championship-winning years of 1976 and 1977, don’t miss it.

Fans of custom bike building, this year will also see the return of the London Custom Bike Championship, with competitors from home and overseas competing for the prize purse.
Rob Aherne, managing director of motorcycling at Bauer Media, said: “The 2017 CaroleNash MCN London Motorcycle Show is set to be the biggest we’ve ever had. With the show expanding in size for this year we’re able to welcome an unprecedented 22 manufacturers, while our four zones – Sports and Performance, Classic, Custom and Adventure – ensure there’s something for every kind of biker.
