Every driver’s got love for their car – taking the time and effort to choose their ideal model, then showering it in plenty of TLC. Cars are like an extension of our personalities, so it’s no surprise that some people like to customise their car to make a statement. Unfortunately for some ill-advised drivers, the personalisation has been taken too far – with spectacular consequences. The Clown
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it possibly the world’s worst body kit? You betcha. We’re not really sure what the owner was trying to achieve with this one. The hideous shades of sky-blue, silver and lilac only emphasise the shoddy body-mod kit – which, frankly, drowns the tiny car. We think this owner’s funds would have been better spent on a decent starting block instead of these after-market abominations.
The Misguided Attempt
This hideously modified coupe is a shining example of car mods gone wrong. The owner of this car has clearly decided that one giant spoiler just isn’t enough – and the optimal place to mount his backup is right in the middle of the roof. With its Lego-like construction and glaring carrot colour, no-one could look good driving this abomination!
The Camouflaged Cruiser
This modification is so atrocious that it deserves an on-the-spot fine – 6 points on the owner’s licence wouldn’t go amiss either. This pitiful camouflage effort can only be a lame attempt to escape from the style police (and we can only assume the real police too)! Time to take this monster to the scrap heap to get crushed!
The Crimson Catastrophe
This humble little Ford Ka hasn’t been granted the dignified death it deserves. Instead it has recieved a very thorough, but nonetheless vile, paint scheme. The tasteless stylings of this crimson Ka has left us seeing red!
The Uglier Duckling
The Hyundai Coupe was no looker to begin with, and its owner’s lack of taste has only worsened the situation. The faux spoilers and droopy plastic body-kit make the little Hyundai look like it was left out in the sun too long! We’d be overjoyed if this heinous car took part in a demolition derby – it needs destroying.
