As a responsible finance broker, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we take customer care very seriously. Part of the process in finding the most suitable finance options for our customers, involves us ascertaining whether you are a vulnerable customer.
Applications from vulnerable customers may be handled differently. Take a moment to look through the list below and if you consider yourself to be a vulnerable customer for any reason, please make us aware as soon as possible. We will process your application carefully, taking into consideration all information provided.
